I can’t say enough about the service I received on Nov.30! While visiting from NS, I ended up needing to call CAA, who had my car towed to Coast Tire on Mountain Rd. Brian kindly broke the news that they were booked up and wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Tuesday. I left (stressed out) planning to rent a car and make plans to travel back to Moncton the following week! Less than half an hour later, Brian called to say they had taken a look at my car and didn’t think the problem was as serious as I’d thought. He was hopeful that they could find a part & get it fixed for me...which they did! He and the mechanic stayed later on a Saturday to fix my car and save me a big expense, as well as a whole lot of stress!! I can’t thank them enough for the extra time and attention they gave me. I am so grateful!! You guys rock :)
Our family trust and support Coast Tire in Saint John. My daughter is in University in Halifax. We were concerned about arranging reliable car service and winter tire change in Halifax. Saint John Coast co-ordinated with Halifax Coast. All went without a hitch and our minds at ease. Quality and reliable service!!!
Was stranded in Woodstock with no brakes on our road trip from Halifax to Ottawa. Coast Tire to the rescue. They squeezed us in even though they were booked solid. When they heard about what happened two mechanics volunteered to work through their lunch breaks to get the job done so we could get back on the road. Amazing manager, awesome staff and unmatched customer service.
100% Trustworthy I've dealt with them for years and not only for tires, wiper blades, car lights, etc. but they also do oil changes and other work. They work for you and you don't work for them. They are dependable and there are NO "you need a part," when you don't. I can assure you I have been HAD at a few places in Fredericton and while I won't mention their names, you likely know who they are anyway. I've always dealt with Carl who works at the other Coast Tire in the Industrial Park, but Rob is as great as Carl was. They also store your tires by the way.
I am very Satisfied with the service I received, on Saturday June 2, 2018 I needed to switch my winter tires for my summer tires. They told me that the were not able to put my summer tires on because they were bald. I explained that I could not afford new tires and asked if my winter tires could survive though the summer and into next winter, and was told no because the road would shred the winter tires, and Robert (Bob) said let see what I can do for you, and he was able to get some tires in my price range, which he did and had them delivered and installed. I was out of there in about an hour. I was thinking that i was going to be there for awhile as they had to get the tires delivered. On a side not I was not informed by your Fredericton Location (Prospect) when they put my winter tires on, that the summer ones that they took off were bald and not road worthy. I was very upset about this and by being blindsided about it, but my experience with Bob and the Fairville Blvd location has made it up (although I will not be returning to the Fredericton location).
