The New Glasgow Coast Tire Team is nothing short of amazing. I have been dealing with them for many years and always have had welcoming and respected experiences with them. They always take extra care of my vehicle when it is there with them. This past Friday, around 5:15, my coworker who lives in Truro (working in New Glasgow) went out to leave for home and realized him rim was bent and tire completely flat from the deep pothole he hit on westville road on the way to work. I called Tristan on his personal phone because I knew the shop was close and asked if there was anyway he could help me out getting my coworker home safely. Within 30 minutes, Beau was there with the shop truck and went above and beyond to help. He fixed the rim and reinflated the tire so my coworker didn’t have to drive home on bad roads with a dummy tire on. They all go above and beyond for their clients and couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks guys for making a bad situation better and taking personal time out of your Friday to help us out. I trust no one else with my vehicle❤️

Good grief, a wheel fell off my wife's car. Defective wheel. Most certainly not the fault of Coast Tire. In spite of their busy pre-Christmas bookings, they somehow managed to come to my rescue and replace the damaged wheel and had us back on the road more quickly than I could have imagined. It was the best Christmas gift ever. Thank you, Ernie and Ingrid. You are the best.
Consistently excellent service. Regardless of how busy they are, they ALWAYS listen and respond to each individual’s needs. The entire staff display a high degree of customer service which is not very common these days.
