I was able to schedule 2 appointments on the same morning for different vehicles. Service on each took about an hour apiece. Staff was excellent.

Had an appointment to have 4 tires replaced through goodyear warranty, the process was easy and that part went well. During that appointment I also had a 4 wheel alignment booked, this was book using their online booking. I arrived for my appointment and everything was going great until I was asked if I had also booked an alignment. I told them yes that I booked it for both then alignment and tire warranty replacement. I was then told that they only allotted time to change the tires but not for the alignment. They also said that they don't get all the info when an appointment gets booked online. This was very frustrating as I had taken half the day off for the appointment and that I would have to rebook the alignment. With not having the opertunity to take more time off and everywhere being booked up for weeks it meant I would have to drive on brand new tires that are possibly not properly aligned. The old tires were showing uneven wear so now I have to risk these tires also wearing uneven till I can get the dealer to give me a loaner so I don't miss more work. So for anyone reading the review make sure you contact them after you book online so they actually know all the details of the booking. I know its a busy time of year with all the winter tire change overs but when you book to have work done then that work should be done.
