I am very Satisfied with the service I received, on Saturday June 2, 2018 I needed to switch my winter tires for my summer tires. They told me that the were not able to put my summer tires on because they were bald. I explained that I could not afford new tires and asked if my winter tires could survive though the summer and into next winter, and was told no because the road would shred the winter tires, and Robert (Bob) said let see what I can do for you, and he was able to get some tires in my price range, which he did and had them delivered and installed. I was out of there in about an hour. I was thinking that i was going to be there for awhile as they had to get the tires delivered. On a side not I was not informed by your Fredericton Location (Prospect) when they put my winter tires on, that the summer ones that they took off were bald and not road worthy. I was very upset about this and by being blindsided about it, but my experience with Bob and the Fairville Blvd location has made it up (although I will not be returning to the Fredericton location).

I have never once been disappointed by the service I have received at Coast Tire on Prospect in Fredericton. I am 100% satisfied with their honesty and also their genuine concern of the safety of their customers. Coast Tire is a shop I know I can trust and have faith in. I also have no doubts that my vehicle is in great hands every time I hand the keys over to the mechanic, who more often than not goes above and beyond what was required/expected of them. Great, friendly staff who always do their best to make sure you understand any issues your vehicle may have and their prices are very reasonable! I would recommend Coast Tire on Prospect to anyone asking for advice in regards to an effective, efficient and reliable shop!! Extremely satisfied with the service I received today. Thank you to everyone at Coast Tire!

I use the commercial division of Coast Tire for their knowledge and friendliness. The Boys on Crown Street are always on the go, working industriously and I sometimes think they are too busy to deal with my problems. As soon as I walk thru the door, someone is right there to check out my needs. Some of our equipment is weird or orphan, but they have never failed to find gear or fix my issues. You will never know how much our business appreciates Joe and Coast Tire.

While visiting Halifax Sept 29 2017 had a valve stem with sensor failure and resultant flat tire. Needed service and advised by CAA Roadside Assistance staff to use Coast Tire. We arrived without appointment and a need for service. Peter, the service rep at the desk was excellent---did facilitate a VERY timely service to get us safely back on the road back to New Brunswick.

5 years ago, when service was needed I visited the Bedford location. Service was excellent always. The management, front desk and staff there were always on the ball. Imagine my shock when they told me they were moving. I hoped for the best. Most of the staff moved over to the Dartmouth (windmill rd) location. If possible, the service has only improved. Those folks deserve a call from head office congratulating them on the continued outstanding customer service!
