Coast Tire & Auto Service Gift Certificates are redeemable at all Coast Tire & Auto Service locations.

Coast Tire & Auto Service Gift Certificates are available exclusively online at www.CoastTire.com. They are not available at any of our store locations.

Protecting your information is very important to us. Gift Certificate orders take place over a secure connection, and as an added precaution we do not store our customer's credit card numbers or other financial information.

All orders received online will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

When placing an order online you must use Visa or MasterCard. Cash and or cheque transactions are not currently available.

Please ensure that the information you provide is correct before making the purchase, as Coast Tire & Auto Service can not be responsible for gift certificates sent to the wrong address. If you do find you need to make changes, email our webmaster as soon as possible after submitting your order to see if the correction can be made.

Email our webmaster to inquire about the status of your order. Please remember that you will need the Order ID from your confirmation email in order for us to check the status of your gift certificates.

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping option you choose:
• Regular Mail - No charge: Certificates usually arrive within 2 - 5 business days. Please note that Coast Tire & Auto Service cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered regular mail.
• Canada Post Xpress Post - $6.65: Traceable. Delivery in 1 - 2 business days.
• Courier Service - $7.38: Traceable. One day delivery from shipment date.

There are no refunds or exchanges on gift certificates.
